Postage
The cost of your delivery to UK mainland is based on item weight:
Small Items £3.99 – Post Office 1-4 working day signed for service
Medium Items £7.99 – DPD 1-2 working day signed for service
Large Items £12.95 – DPD 1-2 working day signed for service
All International Postage is on a 4-8 working day service. For any international postage questions please email our team.
All Postage costs are calculated on checkout.
Payment
We accept Paypal as well as all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, we also accept debit cards with Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron logo. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.
Returns
At Joshua Jones we want to ensure that you get the right product. Whether it is down to fit or seeing the item once it has arrived we offer a transparent returns policy. So you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the item or it is faulty in any way we will refund or exchange the item as long as it is returned unworn, unused, within our returns period of 14 days with the original sales receipt.

In the unlikely event, the item you received, is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
If you have ordered the wrong size, or wish to return goods for any reason other than they are damaged or faulty, then you must contact us prior to returning them. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for new. If the item is no longer available we will refund you excluding postage charge (we are unable to refund carriage).
Your return can be rejected if the condition of the returned goods is not to our satisfaction and in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to exchange goods or give refunds after 14 days of receipt unless there is a fault with the product and the manufacturer agrees to replace it. Refunds can only be made on receipt of the item and only onto the same payment method made on the original transaction. Return Postage is not covered or refunded.
