The Paola Dona Deo long riding Boot, is made from the finest Italian Calf Skin Leather and use WRAT technology (Water Resistant Advanced Treatment). At Joshua Jones UK ALL riding boots, whether they be De Niro or DonaDeo, come with a 6 month Warranty that covers all faults of the boots. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear. We don’t just stop there, All boots De Niro and DonaDeo come with a Lifetime repair service done in the UK with a 2 week turn around, which no other supplier can provide.

This Particular DonaDeo Long Riding Boot features a Brown Caprice Nuv Caffé, Brown Cafe Inside Leg patch and trimmed in Greta Brown. All boots come with Vibram Soles, available with or without laces.

Sizing

All boots are custom made with a variation of 40 stock sizes per foot sizing. Any fitting outside this stock sizing is specialised Made To Measure service that is an additional £140 on top of the boot pricing. This starts on the Salento Model. This service will need to be fitted by one of the Joshua Jones Team at an up and coming event available on our events page.

Warranty

All New boots come with a 6-month warranty which starts on customer’s receipt of the boots. Only boots purchased form Joshua Jones UK are covered under this warranty. This warranty covers the boots for repair (not replacement) of faults only of the boot. If the damage is through natural wear and tear within this warranty period the repair and postage will be charged for. Customers are responsible to return the boots to us at their cost within this warranty time. You can view all terms and conditions and return address on our website. Repairs will be done in the UK where possible. There are some occasions on difficult repairs that they will go back to the factory in Italy. UK repairs are 10 – 15 working days. Italian repairs are 4-6 weeks on average. Once a boot is purchased, if there is any damage or fault the boot cannot be replaced only repaired once worn outside or on a horse and within the warranty period. You are only entitled to a refund if the boots are returned to us unworn, in a perfect condition and the packaging is in its original condition within 14 days of receiving them. There will be a £10 deduction if the box is damaged and unusable. Boots for repair must be returned in a clean condition other wise they will be returned to the customer at their cost.

After the 6 month Warranty expires no matter how often the boots are used there is a charge for repairs return and postage. Customers are responsible for returning them to us at their cost and choice of postage method. Boots must be returned in a clean condition.

Returns

At Joshua Jones we want to ensure that you get the right item. Whether it is down to fit or seeing the item once it has arrived we offer a transparent returns policy. So you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the item or it is faulty in any way we will refund or exchange the item as long as it is returned unworn, unused, within our returns period of 14 days with the original sales receipt.

In the unlikely event, the item you received, is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

If you have ordered the wrong size, or wish to return goods for any reason other than they are damaged or faulty, then you must contact us prior to returning them. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for new. If the item is no longer available we will refund you excluding postage charge (we are unable to refund carriage).

Your return can be rejected if the condition of the returned goods is not to our satisfaction and in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to exchange goods or give refunds after 14 days of receipt unless there is a fault with the product and the manufacturer agrees to replace it. Refunds can only be made on receipt of the item and only onto the same payment method made on the original transaction. Return Postage is not covered or refunded.
